Supplies

  • A small tin box (an Altoids Mint box is perfect)
  • paint + paint brush (optional)
  • small items you want to take with you anywhere (ex: lucky charms, tiny pencil with sticky notes)

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

  • A small tin box (an Altoids Mint box is perfect)
  • paint + paint brush (optional)
  • small items you want to take with you anywhere (ex: lucky charms, tiny pencil with sticky notes) These are probably related to your hobbies (ex. you lik arts and crafts, you might put in some craft materials!)

Step 2: Paint and Decorate

Now, if you want your box to be painted and colorful do these steps:

  1. Paint the outside of your box with whatever colors you want
  2. Let it dry for 10 minutes before heading on to the next steps
  3. Next, decorate the outside of your box (ex: pom-poms, glitter, pictures, cut-outs, writing, or 3D fake flowers). This sub-step is optional by the way!

Step 3: Stock Up on Whatever You Like!

Almost done! Choose a theme or subject of items you want to put in. There are many subjects to choose from: note-taking, sewing, good-luck, memories, and drawing are just some out of many! Finally, gather and place the items into their neat new home! Try to organize it, even if you only have a little space! Above, is the one that I made! It looks a bit Blue, but it's actual teal. I chose drawing/coloring/notes. All the other pictures are examples from the web.
