6 ounces of cream cheese

2 cups of all-purpose flour

3 cups of brown sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 cup of chopped pecans

Step 2: Make Pastry

First cream butter and cream cheese

Add flour and mix well.

Make into 48 balls.

Place one in each cup of mini tart pan.

Use fingers to press out tart shell.

Step 3: Make Filling

Break eggs, don't beat

Add sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla, and pecans

Mix well.

Fill tart shells

Step 4: Bake

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until slightly brown

Step 5: EAT

Be sure to have them cool on a cooling rack first to prevent them from falling apart when taking them out of the mini tart pan. Cooling them down will also prevent a burnt tongue. Enjoy :) !!
