Step by step on how to make a mini pink potato gun. It's cute and it works!

Step 1: Gather Materials

Medicine bottle, water bottle, igniter/sparker, pen tube, glue gun, colourful hockey tape, hairspray

Step 2: Drill Holes

Drill a hole in the non cap end of the medicine bottle just big enough for the pen tube to slide in. Also drill holes in the side of your medicine bottle for the igniter.

Step 3: Place on the Igniter

Place the igniter in the holes previously drilled. Place glue all around so it is air tight. You can also tape on the igniter after you have glued it.

Step 4: Assemble the Water Bottle and Pen Tube

Take a water bottle and cut the top of it off. Then glue it on to the non cap end where the pen tube goes. Screw off the cap of the water bottle and drill or cut a hole in the cap for the pen tube. Slide the pen tube through the opening in the water bottle cap and glue it in place. Make sure that before you glue the pen tube rests inside the medicine bottle.

Step 5: Decorate the Potato Gun With Tape

Step 6: Getting Ready to Fire

Stick the potato in the pencil tube in the end that is inside the medicine bottle. Make sure it is air tight.

Step 7: Shooting the Potato Gun

Spray hairspray in the bottle and quickly close the cap. Make sure you do not spray too much or it will get too wet inside of the bottle. Then press the igniter and send the potato flying!
