Introduction: Mint Chilli Buttermilk (Pudina Chhas)

This is very refreshing and best option to beat heat in summer!

Step 1: Ingredients:

1 cup curd(Homemade or ready-made)

1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

1 green chilli

Salt to taste

Pinch of chhas masala powder

1 cup ice cubes

Water required to get desired consistency of buttermilk

Step 2: How to Make:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, take all the ingredients and blend it using blender until you could see forms on top.
  2. Ready to serve.
  3. Serve it chilled to beat heat in summer.
