Step 10: Glue the 13th Lotus Onto the Bottom

Step 11: Cut the Elements of the Miss La Sen Head on the Foam

Step 12: Glue the Elements Onto the Face

Step 13: Poke the Miss La Sen Head Onto the Bottom.

Step 14: Punch the 2 Holes on the Top of the Lantern to Poke the String.

Step 15: Hang This Lantern. You Can Make Many These Lanterns to Hang Them Into the Garland on the Ceiling, Wall.
