Here you will learn how to make an incredibly quick and delicious, rich, gooey, mocha goo dessert that also happens to be vegan. It only needs about 1 minute 30 seconds to cook from start to finish! Its cheap and easy but tastes so good.

Step 1: Ingredients and Supplies
What you will need is:
A mug/cup and a teaspoon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup soya or other vegan milk (any kind of milk will work)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Simply throw all the dry ingredients into your mug, then add the milk while stirring. Try to get it all mixed as thoroughly as possible to avoid any clumps.
Step 3: Microwave
Microwave for 30 seconds, and then stir thoroughly. Repeat this until after about one minute or one minute and 30 seconds, the mixture will start bubbling and rising up. When stirring it now you should see that it is nice and thick. It is now finished. You can optionally add the half teaspoon of vanilla extract but it is not necessary.
Step 4: Enjoy!
You can either eat it now after having left it to cool a bit for a few minutes, or you can put it in your fridge and let it become yet more thicker, and cooler. You can eat it hot or cold, I love it both ways! Om nom nom nom.
