Step 1: Banana Mush
In this step we had grabbed 5 disgusting banana's, and had grabbed a fork and started mushing the banana's all together so that it could all simmer in together until we added the other ingredients.
In this photo after mashing all of the banana's together what me and my group did was add 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 2 cups of flour, 1 tea spoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of of salt.
In this photo after adding all of the ingredients that were needed what me and my group did was put it under the mixer and started mixing everything together. we had kept it under the mixer for 10 seconds until we did not see any lumps or air bubbles.
After me and my group mixing up all the ingredients making sure that all of the air and the lumps were out we grabbed four pans and started putting muffin cups inside of each cup and used a dry measuring cup to put the banana bread mixing into each of them.
Before putting the muffins inside of the oven we had preheated the oven to 350, when putting all of the muffins inside of the oven we had set the timer to 25 minutes and let them sit in until the timer was off.
After 25 minutes had passed and the timer went off me and my group grabbed mittens and put them on our hands and had got all of the pans out of the oven and put them on top of the oven. We had let them sit on top of the oven for 5 minutes to let them cool down, after we let them cool down we started grabbing muffins and ate them. The muffins were very tasty but one thing that we could have fixed was to make the banana muffins a little bit moist. the nutrient in this recipe is 196 calories, 2.6 grams of protein, 32.8 grams of carbohydrate, and 6.3 grams of fat.including 1.3 of saturated fat.
