Step 1: Remove all of the labels from an empty wine bottle.
Step 2: Wash the inside and outside of the bottle. Pour a little bleach into the bottle with about 1/2 cup water. Shake it so all of the surfaces of the inside of the bottle get washed.
Rinse the bottle well.
Step 4: Wipe the outside of the bottle with rubbing alcohol which helps to remove any remaining glue.
Step 5: Using any enamel color paints, paint the bottle as desired.
Step 6: Bake the bottle. Place the bottle in the oven before turning on the oven. Next, turn the oven to 350 degrees. Add the pre-heat time on to the baking time. The bottle needs to bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow the oven to cool completely before removing the bottles.
Step 7: Buy a spout.
Step 8: Fill your bottle with soap or oil.
Step 9: Place the spout on top of your bottle. Your bottle is ready to give as a gift to your mother on mother's day.
