Introduction: Motorcycle Slip-on Exhaust Installation

About: Introverted rider, started riding after 40. People thought I was having a midlife crisis. I just wanted a motorcycle! Watch content for mature people of all ages, not just for the middle aged.

In this instructable video, I will show you how I installed my slip-on exhaust on my Honda CBR250R motorcycle. Installation took about an hour and a half which includes exploratory surgery and messing with my cameras. Otherwise, if I were to do this all over again, it would only take 15 minutes.

Tools:

  1. WD-40
  2. ratchet
  3. ratchet extensions
  4. 10 and 12 mm socket
  5. allen wrench
  6. adjustable wrench

The sound was exactly what I was looking for in the longer 450 mm Delkevic exhaust whereas a shorter version would have been louder. It was not as loud as a shorter exhaust, had a nice low rumble, and not at all obnoxious.

I hope this installation video would help those interested in installing a similar product.
