Mozzarella Blueberry Jam Chicken With Pineapple Recipe





500g chicken breast

300g greated carrots

200g mozzarella cheese

200g roast paprika

2 spoons blueberry jam

1 can pineapple pieces

1 glas cream

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons curry

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the chicken breast in flat pieces and place them on an oven plate. Place pineapple pieces and roast paprika on top. Lay the grated corrot pieces on it and scatter salt, pepper & curry over it. Put the plate in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.

Step 2: Sauce & Finish

Mix the blueberry jam and the cream together. After 15 minutes remove the plate out of the oven and pour the cream over it. Scatter the mozzarella cheese on top and put the plate back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy with rice, noodles or else and enjoy. Look at my other work.
