Step 1: Brainstorming

For my Instructable I will be showing everyone how to make Banana Bread. I chose to do this because when I think of step by step process I think of cooking or baking. So as I continued to brain storm on this I came to banana bread.

Step 2: Ingredients

You will be making two separate things one the cake base and two the filling. Here are the ingredients for both

Bread
1 egg, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tea spoon vanilla extract, 2 bananas, 1 cup flour, 1/2 tea spoon baking powder, 1/2 tea spoon baking soda and a pinch of salt.

Filling
4 ounces cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 egg

Step 3: How to Mix It All

!!!!! READ CAREFULLY !!!!
Mix all BREAD ingredients well in one container next
Mix all FILLING ingredients well in another container

Step 4: Layers

The Bread is layerd so you will have to ...

Put half of the Bread base on the bottom then
Put all of the filling in the middle
Last place the last half of the Bred on top
