Easy to prepare Chao Pan Rice for breakfast. All you need is 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, onion, garlic, left over rice, fried ham chopped, fried hotdog chopped(if desired), egg, oyster sauce, salt and seasoning to taste . First, sautee onion and garlic. Then put together the rice, fried ham, fried hotdog and stir for 5mins. Then put the egg and stir again then add the oyster sauce, salt and seasoning to taste.
