Easy Tesla Coil

We all know about tesla coils,they transmits energy wirelessly . it also converts low voltage to high frequency AC.

Step 1: Materials

1. 8 CM PVC PIPE

2. 15-20 Metres of COPPER Insulated Wire[motor winding wire],thickness around 0.2 mm

3. 15cm copper insulated wire which is a little thick from above discussed thickness.

4. one 9v battery.

5. one 2n2222a transistor.

6. 22k resistor.

7. small switch to switch the circuit on and off.

8. solder ,which could be used to solder components.

NOTE:-U CAN USE THE THICKNESS OF WIRES ACCORDING TO UR USE . ITS NOT SO COMPULSORY TO USE THE THIICKNESS OF WIRE WHICH I HAVE TOLD .ITS SIMPLE THAT THE WIRE OF SECOND COIL MUST BE ALITTLE THICK THAN WIRE OF FIRST COIL..SEE AS SHOWN IN PICTURE

Step 2: PRIMARY AND SECONDARYCOIL &connecting Other Components

Take the PVC pipe and the wire of less thickness and scratch its starting end. and no star rolling it on pipe as shown in photo.Roll it till end of pipe and scratch the second end of wire and leave some wire unrolled and scratch the unrolled end of coil and connect it from base of transmitter.[as shown in picture].

SECONDARY COIL

Take the number .2. wire which is more thick than the wire of first coil and roll it two times at end of primary coil.see photo.

Yes we can extract it by doing the same connection with a stepup transformer and taking the output from emitter connected to negative and other free end of coil

what if i dont use transistor and resistor what will happen?

Without transistor it is no longer be working as a Tesla Coil. Without transistor, it's just a lump of coil not more than that. And a resistance protect transistor from burning out or from damage. Instead of the resistance u could use a small red color small rating Led.

If tesla coli magnifies electricity in such high voltage than why can't we just extract the electricity from it and then power our other electronics
