Introduction: My Favorite Brunch... PIZZA
Thanks for checking out my pizza brunch recipe. I have made a step by step video on how to make incredible, fresh homemade pizza. The directions and ingredients are in the video but for a quick reference, the dough and sauce ingredients are listed below.
300 grams of flour
200 ml of water
1.5 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Put yeast in bowl and mix with 100 ml of water until the yeast dissolvesadd flour, the remaining 100ml of water and mix until the dough starts looking stringy then add salt. Keep mixing until its all incorporated and smooth. Let it rise.
When it doubles in size punch it down. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then shape into a lightly oiled skillet or pizza pan.
14 ounces of tomato sauce
2 cloves of fresh garlic
salt and pepper to taste
and two teaspoons of oil
Mix sauce ingredients together in a blender.
Time to add the ingredients. cheese should go on first so the ingredients can stick together. For this pizza... I added breakfast sausage, artichokes, feta, tomato, mushrooms, onions, and red pepper.
