    Narial Ka Gosht (Coconut mutton/lamb) is an Indian recipe.

    It is a spicy Indian recipe and it tastes great along with rich flavors of coconut.

    As basic preparation of this recipe is a dry one therefore this can be used both as a starter item and also can be used as gravy by adding little water.

    Step 1: ​Ingredients,

    • 1-3 green cardamom (Optional)
    • 1 cinnamon stick4-6 Dry red chilli
    • 2-3 tablespoon ghee(clarified butter)
    • 1-3 tbsp Salt as required
    • 1 cup grated coconut
    • 2 green chilli
    • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1/2 teaspoon powdered aniseed (Optional)
    • 800 gm mutton
    • 8-10 curry leaves (For cooking, 5-10 more will be required to garnish)
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 2 chopped medium sized onions
    • 2-3 chopped tomato 2-4 cloves

    Step 2: Few Important Points

    • Since it is a dry preparation, Narial Ka Gosht can also be served as a starter.
    • You can increase gravy by adding little extra water (But avoid too much water )
    • Avoid using pressure cooker as this will alter the taste of the dish.-- For Ingredients please see the description

    Step 3: Marination

    • Wash, pat dry and sprinkle salt on mutton pieces,
    • Add some oil (1 small tbsp) to make it tender.
    • Mix with mutton pieces well and keep it to marinate for atleast 30 minutes.
