We are so blessed to have orange and pomegranate trees, so during the season of ripe fruit we are able to make the smoothies from fresh picked oranges and pomegranates. The juice of these two fruits combine very well, the health benefits are almost innumerable, and, best of all, the taste is indescribably delicious! Additional frozen fruit can be used, of course, for variety, and additional supplements can be added. Such as: fiber, protein, vitamins, special dietary supplements, etc.
