A quick and easy crustless quiche that has so much flavour, perfect for lunch, pack-up or pic-nic.
Gather all ingredients :
+ 250g of beef (small cubes or pieces)
+ 4 eggs
+ 2 balls of mozzarella cheese ( 2 × 125g )
+ 2 tbs of olive oil
+ 1 potato
+ 1 tbs of powdered coriander
+ 1 tbs of garam masala
+ 1 / 2 tbs of powdered garlic
+ 1 / 2 tbs of turmeric
+ 1 / 2 tbs of fine salt
+ small bunch of flat leaf parsley
+ small bunch of chard
Step 1: Preparing the Meat
In a small casserole, mix the beef cubes with salt,turmeric, powdered coriander, powdered garlic, garam masala and 2 tbs of olive oil .
Add 1 cup of water ,stir and cook on low flame for 5 minutes .
Step 2: Cooking the Potato
Peel the potato, cut it into cubes then add it to the beef .
Let cook covered on the same heat for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Preparing Chard and Parsley
Remove the stems from the chard and the parsley ,wach them very well, then slice together thinly.
Step 4: Mozzarella
Preheat the oven to 200 ° c and grease a large pie pan.
Cut the mozzarella ball into small cubes and keep them aside.
Step 5: Assemble All Ingredients
Let the beef-potato mix cool down for a while (~10 minutes )
In a large bowl, combine parsley-chard slices ,mozzarella cubes, beef-potato mix and the eggs.
Step 6: Baking
Pour the mixture into large pie pan , bake for 20-30 minutes.
Step 7: Serving
Cut into wedges to serve.
Top with mayonnaise ,yogurt sauce or hot ketchup,...
