For lovers of Nutella and the cheesecakes lovers, I present you this wonderful recipe that gives water in the mouth. This instructable teach you how to prepare everything to do this.
So, let´s go!
Step 1: Ingradients
2 cornstarch crackers packages
150g of butter (or less)
200g of cream cheese
1 cup of sour cream
½ cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3 tablespoons of Nutella
1/3 cup of sour cream (for Nutella coverage)
Step 2: The Form
For greasing the form, you can use butter, flour, etc., but I used paper towel, it doesn´t let the cheesecake burn and doesn´t let stick in the form.
Step 3: For the Crust
You can use crackers cornstarch, or any type of crackers that crumbles easy. And 150g of melted butter. You can use less butter if you like.
Now, put the crackers in a blender until they crumble. In a medium bowl melt the butter in the microwave.
Then add the crackers crumbles. Combine until you can ball it in your hands and it sticks together. Then it's ready.
Now pass this crust in the form to the desired thickness and firm it well.
PREHEAT oven to 280 degrees as you start your filling.
Step 4: For the Filling
Start putting in the mixer ¾ cup of sour cream, ½ cup of sugar and 200 grams of cream cheese.
Then place 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix well until the filling be consistent.
Now put 2 eggs (one at a time) and mix again.
Then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and mix one more time.
Now your filling is ready to be poured on the crust.
Step 5: Cheesecake Coverage
To cover, add 3 tablespoons of Nutella and ¼ cup of sour cream.
(For creamy, put sour cream, if you want a softer coverage, add milk)
Mix well to incorporate ingredients.
Then place on top of filling and a cheesecake will be ready for the oven.
Step 6: Bake and Finish
Place the cheesecake in the heated oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Then let it cool and place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Now unmold the pie. For the grand finale, sift chocolate powder over the slices and serve in slices to your family / friends :)
