Oatmeal Raisin 3 Ingredient Cookie

About: A Software Engineer. I love learning new things. Hooked up with Instructables. It is the biggest find I ever made. :D Cooking and Crochet are my passion. I love to learn different techniques and cuisines.

Yep! That's right! Only three ingredients -- Oats, Bananas, and Raisins! This is the easiest and healthiest cookie you could make in a short span of time. These simple, yummy, scrumptious cookies are melt-in-the- mouth delish! and healthy too!! Just combine oats, mashed bananas and raisins and you have a Banana Oatmeal Raisin cookie. These are real quick that used to be made in our home when we were children.

The main reason for making this is that most of the kids are fuzzy to eat banana. This combination will definitely be loved by kids and also kids will have it whole hearted.

Oats have heart healthy lignans and fiber that lower cholesterol. Bananas are full of potassium and valuable vitamins. Raisins add some fiber and antioxidant power! Not bad for a little banana raisin cookie!

It is the easiest darn cookie I have ever made in my life. No added sugars. All natural ingredients.

Step 1: Ingredients:

Minutes to Prepare: 10

Minutes to Cook: 15

3 ripe bananas

1 cup oats

1/2 cup raisins

Step 2: 1

Mash bananas with a fork or blend coarsely in a blender. The riper the bananas the sweeter your cookie bites.

Step 3: 2

Stir in oats to the banana mix.

Step 4: 3

Now for your raisins. Add them too and give a good mix.

Step 5: Bake

Pre-heat oven to 180 degree Celsius.

Spoon 1 tbsp for each cookie bite onto a baking sheet. I placed a raisin on top of each cookie.

Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

It is the easiest darn cookie I have ever made in my life. No added sugars. All natural ingredients.
