This is very easy and healthy Indian chuteny which you could use in many dishes like sandwiches, chaats, and side dip for many more Indian dishes.

Step 1: Ingredients Needed to Make Oil-free Coriander Mint Chuteny :

1/2 cup coriander leaves

1 cup mint leaves

1 tbsp ground nuts

1 green chilli

1 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 cup water

Step 2: How to Make Oil-free Coriander Mint Chuteny:

Step 3: STEP: 1

First in a small mixing jar, take ground nuts and grind it coarsely.

Step 4: STEP: 2

Now add coriander and mint leaves, green chili, salt, sugar, lemon juice and water and grind it again.

Step 5: Step: 3

Your chuteny is ready, you could use it in many dishes like sandwiches, Indian chats or side dip with any Indianas dish.

Also you could store this chuteny into refrigerator in air tight container for a week.
