Supplies

black paper

brown paper

orange paper

white paper

parchment paper or transparent paper

glue stick

soft pencil and black pencil

ruler

pencil compass

eraser

scissors

stapler

Step 1: Draw the Snowman on the Door

Switch on your creative side and start drawing with a pencil on the white door. Don't press too hard with a pencil, check if you can easily erase the lines that you don't like.

Divide the door in half. Start drawing the face of Olaf in the middle of the top half.

Olaf face has: 2 eyes, a big smiling mouth with a tooth, a carrot-nose, two eyebrows.

When you are happy with the face, draw 3 lines - little sticks on top of the "head" of Olaf. Let's call it hair.

Draw two hands on each side, then use a compass with a pencil to draw buttons in the bottom half of the door.

When you are happy with your drawing, draw it brighter with a pencil. Then using the transparent paper (I used white parchment paper), copy your drawing.

Step 2: Transfer the Drawing on the Paper

Eyes.

Use the white paper to draw the round. The diameter is 10.3 cm / 4.06 inch. Draw the smaller rounds from black paper (3.5 cm / 1.4 inch in diameter). Use a stapler to cut the small rounds. With a black pencil draw the line around the withe rounds, about 1 mm/ 0.04 inch thick. Then glue small white rounds on the top of the black, glue black rounds on the white rounds like shown in the pictures.

Buttons. Cut 3 rounds, about 10.3 cm / 4.06 inch in diameter.

For other parts - nose, hands, eyebrows, mouth and hair - transfer the drawing to parchment paper.

Put the colorful paper on top of the parchment paper, place it on the glass table. Put the light underneath the glass (I used the flashlight on my phone). This will help you see the image and copy it on the colorful paper. The other way you can do it - place the parchment paper with drawing and colorful paper on the window during the daylight! Copy all your drawing to the colorful paper.

Eyebrows are about 6-7 cm (2.4-2.8 inch) long (they can be different) and up to 5 mm / 0.2 inch thick. Cut from black paper.

Nose is about 25 cm / 9.84 inch long, the widest par is 4.5 cm / 1.8 inch up to 1 cm / 0.4 inch to the end. Draw it on orange paper and cut out.

Mouth is 39 cm / 15.4 inch from one end to the other, the widest part is 16 cm/ 6.3 inch. Draw it on black paper, then fold in the middle of the mouth vertically and cut out, so both sides of the mouth are similar. Don't forget about mouth corners! Also the mouth has a little place for the tooth.

Tooth is a rectangle 11.5 x 4 cm / 4.5 x 1.6 inch, cut from white paper.

Hands are about 29 cm / 11.4 inch to 33 cm / 13 inch long and 1.5 cm / 0.6 inch wide, with 4 fingers. Cut them from brown paper.

Hair consists from 3 sticks (13, 17 and 15 cm or 5, 7 and 6 inch long), pointing to different sides. Cut from brown paper.

Step 3: Glue All Parts on the Door

Glue all the parts on the door and enjoy the view!

Erase the lines on the door, if needed.
