Have you ever tried Orange Marshmallow Jell-O Fluff? I have seen different versions going around of this recipe and I just had to give it a try. It had Marshmallows, Cool Whip, Jell-O and fruit inside, sounded intriguing to me. The texture is as the name implies fluffy and perfect for the summer time when you need something to cool you off from the heat of the day. Step 1: Ingredients and Tools
- 1 (3 oz) package Orange Jell-O
- 1 (5.1 oz) package Cook-n-Serve Vanilla Pudding
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup mini Marshmallow
- 1 (20 oz) Pineapple Tidbits in their own juice (YOU ONLY NEED HALF)
- 1 (15oz) can Mandarin Oranges in their own juice
- 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip
Step 2: Make Pudding
Mix together pudding, Jell-O, and water and take to the stove and cook over medium heat until it boils. Make sure that you are constantly stirring the mixture, you'll see that it will thicken as it comes to a boil.
Step 3: Cool and Beat
Remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate until mixture has thickened (about an hour). Beat with a hand mixture until creamy.
Step 4: Add in Other Ingredients
Add Cool Whip, marshmallows, and ONLY HALF (10 oz) of the pineapples and its juices and add in the whole can of mandarin oranges and its juices to Jell-o mixture.
Step 5: Mix and Cool Jell-o
Fold in all ingredients until combined and chill about an hour before serving.
Step 6: Enjoy!
