PALLET ORGANIZER

Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I uploaded to Instructables but I'm back with another one now!

This is a Pallet Organizer. I designed and made this in a couple hours.

It is meant to hang on the wall inside of the entry way of your house.

Step 1: PALLET ORGANIZER

Find a nice looking pallet. You will be cutting off the part of the pallet you want to use. Remove any boards first that aren't needed. Then remove boards from 'trash' side of pallet to use on the 'keeper side of pallet. See next step for explanation and photo...

Step 2: PREP PALLET FOR CUSTOM USE

Place the boards that were removed from trash side and place them on keeper side. I put one on TOP, BOTTOM, and BOTTOM FRONT. (see pic).

By doing it the way I did, you now have a place to store things on the bottom left and right of pallet.

Step 3: ADD STORAGE AND MESSAGE OPTIONS

As you can see I've glued some wine corks on a couple slats to tack up notes or messages. This works GREAT.

I also placed a flat board in the middle and painted it with chalk board paint. This works GREAT too!

The other side can be used for mail, tablets, or whatever else you'd like to store there.

And the top is a ledge to put things on as well like photos or flowers.
