I will be instructing how to build a PC

Supplies

Motherboard, CPU, case, graphics card, hard drive, power supply, ram, CPU cooler, and all essential wires to plug in to other components. Will also need a screw driver, thermal paste, anti static bracelet, and anti static mat.

Step 1: Installing CPU

First start by installing your CPU into the motherboard, on your motherboard you need to lift the little lever on the CPU socket, find your CPU, line up the gold triangles in the corner of the CPU socket and the CPU itself, and lightly drop it in, give it a small wiggle to make sure its secure then lower the lever to lock it into place.

Step 2: Installing CPU Cooler

After installing CPU you will go ahead and install the CPU cooler, do this by first getting thermal paste and applying a very small amount (size of a rice grain) onto the middle of your CPU, after that is done grab your CPU cooler and place it onto your CPU and lock the latches on each side into the cooling bracket.

Step 3: Installing Ram

Now the easiest part of the build, installing the ram. You can do this by unlocking the levers on the ram slots, then grabbing your ram and lining the dim slot up with the ram stick and slightly forcing it into the slot till you hear a click and the levers have latched down onto the ram.

Step 4: Test If Your System Works

now your going to test and see if your computer works, plug your 24 pin cable from the power supply into the motherboard as well as the 4 pin CPU cable and have the VGA connector plugged into your motherboard, now grab your screwdriver and lightly touch the pins on the motherboard labeled PWR LED + - which should turn it on and see if computer gets a post beep and boots into bios.

Step 5: Prepping the Case

Start off by installing standoffs in your case to prevent short circuiting the motherboard, you can find out where you would install the standoffs by lining up your motherboard in the case and seeing where the screw holes are in your motherboard. You can also prep the case by installing your intake and exhaust fans. You can see which way your fan should face by looking at the arrows located on the side of your fans.

Step 6: Installing Fans and Hard Drive

To install your fans your going to want to locate the proper mounting location in your case and screw them in place using the correct screws. Following your fan installation your going to want to install your hard drive in the designated mounting area.

Step 7: Installing Motherboard Into Case

Now your going to be installing your motherboard into your case, you should have your standoffs in and the next step before screwing it in place would be installing the IO shield to the opening in the back end of your case, and then you should be good to go. After you screw in your motherboard you can install your graphics card, line up the pins of the graphics card with the PCIe slot, after that you should be good to go to the next step.

Step 8: Properly Plug in and Seat Cables

Once you've installed all of your components your going to want to make sure that you plug in all your cables, I would first plug in all the easy fan connectors such as the CPU and exhaust fans just to have them done with, these cables should be connected to the fan or the CPU cooler and there are labels on the motherboard to where they connect to, these are labeled "syst_fan" and "CPU_fan" plug them in. After you get this out of the way you want to install your power supply to provide power to your components, have your power supply right side and power supplies typically go to the bottom right of the case, sometimes they can go in the top left but most of the time its the bottom right, now you use four screws and screw it in from the back and your ready to start plugging in cables. Now its time to plug in motherboard and CPU power cables, first plug in the mother 24 pin power cable from the power supply and plug it into the 24 pin connector on your motherboard, next would to be the CPU power cable which is 4 pins and plugs into the four pin connector next to the CPU on your motherboard. Now you can plug in other components like your hard drive and case cables. for hard drive grab your sata cable and plug it into the hard drive and then plug in the other end to the sata connector on the side of the motherboard, and then the hard drive power cable from the power supply to the hard drive. lastly is case cables which can be a pain. most of these cables plug in to the connects at the bottom of the motherboard and there are labels on each cable and to the connector on the motherboard.

Step 9: Cable Manage (Optional)

Route and hide your cables for maximum cooling performance and aesthetic value.

Step 10: Finish

Install Side Panel, Plug In display Cable to your motherboard or the graphics card, Then Boot by pressing your power button on your case. After it boots you should here a beep, (post beep) and then your computer should boot up to windows.
