PLASTIC BOTTLE TOOL HOLDER

About: i mainly focus on turning junk stuff into some productive stuff.

THIS IS JUST A SIMPLE TOOL HOLDER WHICH IS MADE FROM TOTALLY SCRAP,WASTE MATERIAL WHICH I FOUND IT FALLEN IN MY BUILDING.

THIS TOOL HOLDER HAS THREE SEPARATE COMPARTMENT FOR STORING VARIOUS TOOLS SEPARATELY.

SOME OF MY TOOLS WERE SIMPLY FALLEN AT MY PLACE AND USED TO BECOME VERY DIFFICULT TO ME TO FIND IT FOR WHICH I WANTED TO ORGANIZE THESE TOOLS IN SUCH A WAY THAT, I COULD FIND THEM VERY EASILY WHILE WORKING WITH DIFFERENT PROJECT.

Step 1: THINGS YOU WILL NEED

  1. 3 OLD PLASTIC BOTTLES AND ITS 3 CAPS
  2. 1 SMALL PLYWOOD
  3. 1 OLD METAL TROLLEY CHANNEL
  4. 2 METAL ANGLE
  5. 1 SMALL METAL PLATE
  6. 1 SMALL PIECE OF WOOD

Step 2: CUTTING BASE OF BOTTLES AND DRILLING HOLES IN ITS CAPS

CUT THE BASE OF THE THREE PLASTIC BOTTLES AND DRILL ONE OR FOUR HOLES IN BOTTLE CAPS.

DRILL HOLES IN OTHER TWO CAPS AND CUT THE OTHER TWO BASE OF BOTTLES AS SHOWN IN IMAGE ABOVE.

Step 3: FIXING OF CAPS TO SMALL SMALL WOOD PART AND BOTTLES TO IT(BOTTLE HOLDER)

AFTER DRILLING HOLES TO BOTTLE CAPS AND SMALL WOOD PART,FIX THE CAPS AND BOTTLES TO WOOD WITH SCREW AND NUT.

Step 4: FIXING OF ANGLES TO METAL CHANNEL(SUPPORT)

DRILL THE HOLES TO METAL CHANNEL AT THE BOTTOM AND FIX THE METAL ANGLE WITH SCREW AND NUT AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE ABOVE.

Step 5: FIXING OF METAL CHANNEL(SUPPORT) TO PLYWOOD.

DRILL ONE HOLE TO PLYWOOD AND FIX THE ENTIRE SUPPORT TO PLYWOOD WITH SCREW AS SHOWN IN IMAGE ABOVE.

Step 6: FIXING OF ENTIRE BOTTLE HOLDER TO THE METAL CHANNEL(SUPPORT)

DRILL ONE MORE HOLE AT THE TOP OF METAL CHANNEL AND FIX THE ENTIRE BOTTLE HOLDER TO SUPPORT WITH THE METAL ANGLE AS SHOWN IN IMAGE ABOVE

    If you take the bottom of the cut bottles and carefully and evenly heat them, I suggest using a stovetop, they will curl in slightly. This will remove the sharp edge of the plastic and more importantly make both the edge and the body cylinder rigid again so that the bottles will last longer.
