Pearl bead necklaces are one of the most classic types of necklaces. And today’s PandaHall tutorial will show you how to make a very delicate pearl bead choker necklace at home. If you are interested, just keep reading.

Step 1: Materials and Tools Needed to Make This Pearl Bead Flower Choker Necklace:

4mm White Pearl Beads

6mm White Pearl Beads

8mm White Pearl Beads

0.2mm Fishing Wire

Tibetan Style Toggle Clasp

Scissor

Step 2: Make the Beginning Part of the Main Choker Pattern

1st, cut a proper length of fishing wire, fold it in half. Slide a Tibetan style toggle clasp to the middle of the wire and add a 6mm pearl bead to both wires;

2nd, add four 6mm pearl beads to one wire and two 4mm pearl beads to another wire, cross the latter wire through the 3rd and 4th 6mm pearl bead to make a bead loop;

3rd, add another four 6mm pearl beads to the upper wire and two 4mm pearl beads to the lower wire, then cross the lower wire through the 3rd and 4th 6mm pearl beads to make a bead loop.

Step 3: Complete the Main Choker Pattern

1st, repeat step 1 to make more bead patterns until you get your desired length;

2nd, once finished making basic bead loops, thread both wires through a 6mm pearl bead and add the other side of the clasp to the wires, make a knot and cut off extra wires.

Step 4: Make the First Flower Layer

1st, cut a piece of fishing wire and thread it through two pearl beads like picture shows (here we through the wire through the beads on the 8th and 9th pattern, you can decide where to start the flower pattern as you like);

2nd, add three 8mm pearl beads to the wire, cross the wire through the next four 6mm pearl beads like picture shows, then tighten the wire to make the first flower unit;

3rd, repeat previous step to make more basic flower units in the same way.

Step 5: Make the Second Flower Layer

1st, slide ten 8mm pearl beads to the wire, cross the wire to the beads near the first flower layer like picture show;

2nd, thread the wire through the beads at the other side of the first flower layer, tighten the wire to make the first pattern of the second flower layer;

3rd, cross the wire to the 6mm pearl bead of the next pattern to start the second 8mm pearl bead flower pattern.

Step 6: Finish the Pearl Bead Flower Choker Necklace

1st, repeat step 4 to make more 8mm pearl bead patterns until all the first flower layers are covered;

2nd, once finished beading, close the toggle clasps to connect the necklace together.
