I made a paper mache bowl!

My bowl is very flexible so I would recommend not putting heavy things in it.

Also this bowl is not water proof.

Step 1: Making the Plaster

This recipe is very easy. But messy be prepared

You will need:

1/2 a cup of flour

and a 1 1/2 cups of water

one medium sized bowl

news paper

a balloon

tape

small bowl

First pour the flour in to the bowl, then add the water. Stir.

Step 2: Starting

Blow up the balloon to the size you want your bowl to be.

Then put the balloon into the bowl and tape it there.

Cut the newspaper into strips now.

Take the strips and dip them into the plaster.

Pinch the strip and pull down gently this should take the left over plaster off.

Then cover the top half of the balloon.

leave it to dry over night

In the morning pop the balloon the balloon should come right out.

After cut the bowl so the edges are level to each other.

Then you can paint your bowl any color you want.
