Introduction: Paper Wall Art

About: Hi, i'm Momina! I love all types of things including crafts, paper, baking and many other fields.

When I come back to crafting after a long week of college studies,

I don't even sleep before completing it. So now presenting the flower-wall-art that took me a whole night and left my eyes bloodshot.

It's easy and since it only needs paper, it becomes super easy. Please vote it in the Paper contest if you like it!

Step 1: Materials

The things you're gonna need:

Paper of at least 3 different colors. One color should be more than the rest 2.

Scissors, any strong glue, yourself and your helper whose busy enough in his own work to help you..

Step 2: The Cones

We're gonna start with one color.

Cut it into 6"x7.5" pieces.

Now take an adge of one piece, and fold it into a cone like I've shown in the picture. Glue it neatly.

It'll be more good if you be careful and try not to make folds on the curving sides.

Do the same to the rest of the cones. I made 17 cones but you can make more if you want the flower to be more big.

Step 3: The Rest of the Cones..

Take the rest of the 2 colors. Cut one color into 13 cones of 5"x5" and the other into 15 cones of 3"x3".

Make sure all three colors dry properly. They won't dry in 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, or even if you show them a gun or beg them or give them lots of chocolates. Recommendable to leave them all alone for a day.

Step 4: Assembling!

Take a large circle of hard paper big enough to cover more than half of the largest cones.

Assemble the red ones first in a perfest circle and glue them. Never mind if it isn't even at the centre cause that'll be fixed later.

Step 5: The Rest of the Cones..

Take a little cute black circle and glue in on the centre of the red cones. Now glue the black on top of the red, then another cute little black circle and then the orange ones and then the final cute black circle. Phew..

Step 6: Patience!

There, it's all set now.

All you have to do is to wait for the glue to set properly, and in the mean time you can even take gloomy pics with it, begging it to dry quickly..

Step 7: Done!

Now decorate the flower in any way you like.

You can use glitters, beads, laces, or other decorative materials.

And then it's done! :D Please vote if you like this :p

Gracias! :D
