Papier Maché Bangle

Those are bangles made with papier maché.

They are pretty easy to make and they look great!

You can have them all natural or you can painted them, decorated them with paper or even decorated them with fabric.

Step 1:

Cut pieces of newspaper.

Use something that can serve as a template (I used a glass jar that fitted my wrist) and paste those strips up to the thickness you want.

Let them dry and put varnish to protect against water.

Step 2:

You can leave them like this but you can also paint them.

Step 3:

Or if you prefer, decorate them by gluing pieces of wrapping paper.

Step 4:

You can also glue a ribbon or a piece of fabric around them.
