Here is what you need:

- egg
- sweet red pepper
- salt and pepper
- green herbs
- chilli?

Step 2: Paprika and Egg

Sweet red pepper
Wash the it and cut it into circles. Make sure to cut out all of the white stuff.

Egg
Scramble your egg and add salt, peper, green herbs or chilli. (or anything else that you want to put into your scrambled egg)

Step 3: Pan

Heat your pan. Put a bit oil or butter into the pan. Now lay the sweet red pepper circles into the hot pan and pour the scrambled egg into it. Do not fill the it all the way up with your egg.

Put a lid over the pan. When your eggs are all the way through, you can flip them over.

I panfried the rest of the sweet red pepper too.
