Are you craving something sweet and simple, well I got the thing for you. What you'll need is any size cup,granola, strawberries, banana, low fat yogurt.
Cut a whole banana and two handfuls of strawberries.
Get any size cup and put granola at the bottom to start off the parfait.
Now add some strawberries on too of the granola.
Add the low fat yogurt on top of the strawberries and granola.
Add bananas on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the granola.
Add more yogurt.
Now too it off with more strawberries and then you're done. Or if you'd like you can repeat those steps. Enjoy. (:
