Parmesan Pork Rolls Recipe



700 g pork filet

350g cherry tomatoes

300ml cream

200g parmesan cheese

200g sundired tomatoes

salt, pepper, hot & sweet paprika, chili flakes


Step 1: Preparation

Cut the sundried tomatoes in small pieces. Put the filet in a freezer bag and beat them with a pastry roller. Scatter salt, pepper, chili flakes & paprika all over the filet. Sprinkle parmesan on the filet and give a few tomato pieces on top. Roll the filet and close it with toothpicks. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes to the cream and give the rest from the parmesan & sundried tomatoes to it. Stir it together.

Step 2: Finish

Place the rolls on an oven plate. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for 20 minutes. Then lay cherry tomatoes on the plate and pour over the cream mix. Put the plate back in the oven for another 20 minutes and enjoy.
