Pastel De Nata : Made in Portugal

4dl cream

Milk 4dl

250g Sugar

8 egg yolks

2 tablespoons cornstarch flour

1 lemon peel

1 cinnamon stick

1 or 2 pastas puff

Step 1: Preparation:

1.grease 20 muffin tins with butter and sprinkle with flour. Line the molds with the pastry ( to take advantage and a puff pastry gives for 20 cups ) .

2.On One pan mix the cream, milk, sugar, egg yolks , flour, lemon peel , cinnamon stick and bring to the boil to thicken.

3.Leave cool slightly .

4.Throw cream in cups and bake until douradinhas .

5.Let cool and then serve.
