This is a frozen dessert that makes use of no sugar added canned peaches. It is a dessert that will need to be frozen overnight.
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 15 oz can of no sugar added peaches, drained
1 1/2 dry cups of whipped topping
5 cinnamon graham crackers, crushed fine
1 mixing container (bowl or storage wear) 1 tablespoon to mix and press down crushed graham crackers for crust
1 rectangle aluminum disposable pan
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Get five cinnamon graham crackers and crush in a freezer bag. You can crush them well with a can. Add a tablespoon of granulated sugar and a tablespoon of unsalted butter, melted. Mix well.
Step 2: Press the Crust and Mix the Filling
Press down the cinnamon graham cracker, sugar and melted butter mixture into the pan. Wash out the container, dry it and start mixing the filling. Add 1/2 of 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 1/2 dry cups of whipped topping, 1/2 a can of no sugar added canned peaches, drained. With the spoon, cut the peach pieces in 1/2. Mix well.
Step 3: Fill the Pan and Freeze Overnight
Fill the pan with the mixture. Freeze overnight.
Step 4: Serve the Dessert
Slice into the dessert with a knife. Add 2 slices of peaches leftover in the can next to the piece. Serve.
