Intro: Peanut Butter Chocolate Pizza

This delicious instructable combines peanut butter, chocolate, and candy. It is like a giant Reese's pizza. And let me tell you friends IT IS YUMMY!

I made this pizza for a couple of reasons:
1. Its awesome
2. its delicious
3. its different

Step 1: Ingredients

Pizza:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
1 egg
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 bag(1.63 ounces) candy coated chocolate candie
2 Reese's peanut butter cups cut up
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Peanut Butter Sauce:
1 2/3 cup peanut butter chips
1 can(14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Tools:
Spoon
12 inch pizza pan
2 quart sauce pan
measuring cup
teaspoon
oven
electric mixer(optional)
bowls
pizza cutter

Step 2: Pizza

Pre-heat the oven to 350F.

In a meduim bowl, mix the brown sugar, butter and egg with a spoon. Next stir in the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

Lay out the dough in an ungreased 12 inch disposable pizza pan.

Bake the pizza for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are set. Let it cool for atleast 30 minutes.

Step 3: Peanut Butter Sauce

In the 2-quart saucepan, heat all of the peanut butter sauce ingredients over a medium-low heat, ofcoarse strirring it constantly, until it is melted and smooth.

Spread out over the cookie pizza.

Step 4: Toppings

Top of the pizza with peanuts and candies. And drizzle it with melted chocolate chips.

Step 5: Cut and Enjoy

Before i cut mine i put in the fridge for a while.

Cut the pizza into small pieces so you can nibble.

You should probably double-boil this step, but that's just me being a safe chef.

I've made four so far, I love em'! Thank you soo much!

P.S. You should list how much salt you used. I've always used 1/4 tsp.

My brother in law buys them all the time in melbourne for my wife.
I'll try and find out where he gets them and post here.
They are available in Australia, just hard to find (getting easier though!).

Dose Australia have Peanut Butter there??? A few years back  when I was in grade school ,,,,,OK it was a longtime ago 20 some years , We had a guy come from there and he told us they did not know about Peanut Butter , They had something close to it made from some kind of bug larva. Not to knock on the the food there I am sure it would be of descent taste. I have not  yet eaten any true Australia quizzing. Outback is far from the true Australia menu like other kinds of different contrary menus here in the USA .

Well, peanut butter cups are basically peanut butter with a coating of chocolate, so I'm sure you could substitute with just peanut butter and chocolate. Chips, on the other hand, are harder to replace, but I suppose you can use chocolate bars that contain little paraffin wax.

instead of the peanut butter cups, you could use another type of chocolate candy. And for the sauce you could try an equivalent amout of peanut butter and add the condensed milk to that.

    i hope that helps

Sweet.  I'll have to try this for my sister's birthday party - she's a peanut butter and choco-holic.

You know an instructable is an epic win when it passes 4 stars while having only 83 views. This is awesome!

The final pic makes this look really tempting & tasty! (But for some reason the hyphenated combos "diabetic-coma" and "cardiac-arrest" are popping into my head..)
