Introduction: Personal Pie in a Can

This is a simple pie to make and fun to eat.  It's also a cool way to stand out from the ordinary!  It has a bread pudding consistency but puffs like a pie.  The middle is the surprise and every bite is different.  Makes 2 personal servings.

Needed:

2 Aluminium Cans (Tin foil to line can is optional)
1/4 Softened Cream Cheese
2 eggs
1/2 Pancake Mix
1/4 Milk

1 TBS of the following :
     Butter
     Hot Pepper Jelly
     Cinnamon
     Crushed Nuts (optional)
Nutella (Chocolate bar can be used)

Step 1: Mix

For the pie "crust" or outter layer, mix in one bowl:

1/2 Pancake Mix
1/4 Cup Milk
1 egg
Cinnamon

~spray non-stick inside the cans and pour 1/2 of mix in each can.

For the "filling", mix in the same bowl  (note, mix will be very clumpy...that's ok!):

1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg
Crushed nuts (optional)

and 1 TBS of each:

Butter
Nutella (can substitute peanut butter or 1/2 chocolate bar)
Hot Pepper Jelly (or Jelly and a fresh Jap for a hotter bite)

Now pour 1/2 of this mixture into each can on top of the first mixture which will sink to the bottom (mostly).

Bake at 325 and forget about it for 45 minutes.

Let cool and present on plate OR dig into the can as soon as you can wait for it to cool!
