When I was a kid, my mum used to get me into cooking by making such things as the pizza bread i am about to share.I just picked it up again a couple days ago, and it's still as yummy as I remember.... My husband likes them too, so its a bonus!
This is my first instructable, so please be gentle :)

Step 1: Get Organized!
What you need:
A loaf of thick sliced bread (I used bagged bread, but i feel it tastes better on a french loaf from your local bakery)
Shredded cheese (I used a mixture of parmesan, mozzarella and provologne)
Any toppings you like (I used sliced pepperoni and chopped bacon.)
Spoon or knife for spreading,
A pan for the oven
a spatula to get the pizza bread off the pan.
I preset my oven to 350 F because if i go any higher, my alarm will go off.
Step 2: Saucy...
Lay out the bread on your pan. I add about a tablespoon of sauce, and spread it around. Add more or less as you please :)
Step 3: Finish It Up!
Add your toppings, and your cheese (best part is you can have as much or as little as you want!) And then put in the oven until the cheese melts!
Step 4: Fini!
Now its baked, with a crispy crust and all. Enjoy!
