Introduction: Porridge With Strawberries & Seeds

Step 1: Recipe:
Makes: 1 portion
Time: 10 minutes
50 g Oats
120-150 ml Milk
1 Teaspoon Flax seeds
6 Medium Strawberries,washed
3 Teaspoons Honey
3 Teaspoons seeds of your choice
2 Teaspoons Goji berries
A touch of Cinnamon
A touch of Freshly squeezed Lemon juice
Step 2: Method:
Wash the strawberries & cut them in really small pieces. Place them in your breakfast bowl. Pour over the honey and a touch of lemon juice and leave for later (this can be prepared in advance – e.g. night before-in this case store in a fridge)
Place the oats in a sauce pan. Pour over the milk.
Bring it to the boil and reduce the heat to a medium-low. Add Flax seeds, Goji berries + any other seeds you like.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour over the strawberries, add ground cinnamon & mix until all flavours are combined (or pour the porridge first and top with the strawberry mix).
Serve while still warm!
