    Cool - you need to post some details of how you made the heads and hands, though.

    I made the head and hands out of polymer clay, wire (fingers), and aluminum foil (the core of the head, so the whole thing wasn't solid clay- very heavy). I built the old lady's head directly onto her neck and baked it on the body (which was just wire before I "fleshed it out". I attached her hands to her wrists with wire and glue and painted all the details on her face and hands afterward.
