An easy and quick alternative to frying chips, great crunchy outside with a soft and fluffy inside.

Cook time: 30 - 40mins
Step 1: Ingredients:
2 tbsp of oil
2 pinches of salt and 2 pinches of pepper
Paprika (for seasoning - about 2 pinches)
Step 2: Preparation
Wash, peel and chop the potatoes into flat chip-like shapes. Put them in a bowl and add your salt, pepper, oil and paprika. Shake them around until all are covered.
Step 3: Cooking
Place the chips onto your baking trays and cook for about 30 - 40 minutes on gas mark 6.
Take out when turned golden and crispy! + every so often, take out of the oven and un-stick the chips by flipping them over to allow them to cook on both sides and to prevent them sticking! + you decide how crispy you want them, take them out when the colour and crispness suits you!
