Potatoe - Carrot Stew With Mettwurst Celery & Leek Recipe

750g carrots

750g potatoes

300g celery & leek

4 mettwurst sausages

1000ml vegetable broth

300ml cream

3 onions

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

1 spoon parsley

Step 1: Preparation

Clean the carrots and cut the in slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them in pieces. Peel the onions and quarter them. Now fry the carrot slices with a bit oil in a large pot. Stir a few minutes and add the potatoe pieces. Stir again and add the onions. Add celery and leek. Scatter salt, pepper & Paprika to it. Add the vegetable broth and the cream.

Step 2: Finish

Put the mettwurst in the pot and let it simmer for about 45 minutes. Remove the mettwurst and cut them in pieces. Put the pieces back in the pot and mix it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Now it is ready to grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
