Step 1:

Add the corned beef to your pressure cooker. You may have to cut it in half to make it fit.

Add the peppercorns, onion, parsley and bay leaf.

Cover everything with the water. Do not go over the "Fill it up to here" line in your pressure cooker.

Bring the water to a boil. Put the lid on you pan and bring it to pressure.

Cook for 40 minutes in low pressure.

Step 2:

Move the pressure cooker out of the burner.

Let the pressure come down naturally, about 10 minutes. This makes sure your meat doesn't dry out.

Discard the broth, take the meat out, slice and enjoy :)

Works great with a side of mashed potatoes and cabbage

Pressure cookers are amazing. My mom used to can beef in hers. Easy roast beef sammies for school lunches. I just made jellied pork hocks in my electric pressure cooker. Yum.

Just got led to this instructable from your viewing of mine. I have a pressure cooker and I must give this a try. Typically we boil the meat for about 5 hours so this looks very promising for certain occasions.
