Step 1: The Dough

1/12 cup of water
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons or yeast
6 tablespoons of melted butter

4 a 5 cups of flour

For cooking
Oil
pot with water
3/4 cups of backing soda
butter
coarse salt

Step 2: Preparations

Mix salt, sugar, yeast add 2 cups of  flour.

Once they are mixed, add the butter and water.

Continue adding flour. If the dough looks  too moist, add more flour by  spoonful.

The dough should look uniform,  increase the speed for 5 minutes,  continue until the dough starts separating from the bowl.
Until you are able to grab a piece an stretch it without breaking to fast.

Step 3: Let It Grow

Place the dough on container with oil on the bottom. The whole surface of the dough should have a little oil on it.
Cover it  and let it sit on a warm place.
It should be at least an hour, and it should have doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Step 4: Cut Cut Cut

Set the pot of water to boil. Add the  Backing soda to the water.

Separate the dough into 8 pieces.
Each piece should be stretched to be about 18 in.

cut it into 1in peaces. I tried to make each of them into a balls, but the shape is not really that important

Step 5: Cooking and Baking Time

Place the bites into the boiling water, let it boil for 30 to 45 seconds.
Place them on a oven sheet, with a silpat or greased.

Bake for about 15 min o until golden brown.

Step 6: Salt!

Use butter to cover the bites and then sprinkle with coarse salt.

Sooo yummy... they are gone in seconds!

Looks easy and yummy! I can see them in my future with nacho cheese or wrapped around little hot dogs. Nice.

Looks great! Maybe give this one a proofread - a few typos, spelling errors, etc. Great technique!
