What is the best way to start a November morning? Pumpkin oatmeal! Nutritious, creamy, lightly sweet and just purely satisfying breakfast – good for you body, gives you enough energy and keeps you full for another four hours for sure! Banana goes so well with pumpkin puree and it just tastes like a pumpkin pie all together!
I love experimenting with my oatmeal for breakfast cuz there are so many different ways to make it, it always tastes delicious and who says you can’t have a dessertish kind of meal for breakfast?! Just cook the oatmeal with water or any kind of milk, throw in banana, cinnamon and pumpkin puree – and decorate how you like. Happiness is found in little things- just take this bowl of happiness for instance ! Share the love!
Step 1: Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 2 bananas
- 150g pumpkin puree
Preparation time: 10-15 min
for 2 servings
Step 2: Cook
Cook oats in the water until tender.
Step 3: Mix
Add some cinnamon, 2 bananas, pumpkin puree and mix it all together.
Step 4: Decorate
Decorate the top with some fruit. I love to use grapefruit, grapes, banana and peanut butter for this meal.
