- Please vote for us in the food contest, that would be so great of you =) -
Creating a tasty dish is not complicated.
It is all about bringing different falvours and consistencys together. Crunchy and soft, spicy and sweet, hot and cold..
There will always be moments in your life, when you do not have a lot time left for cooking or you are just really hungry, drunk or both and want a quick meal.
Use some tortillas, cheese, chicken and lying around vegetables and convert it into something awesome!
You don`t even need a cooker, just use a panini - press.

Step 2: Meat & Vegetables
Cut up which ever vegetables you have, fry them and flavour everyhing with a little bit of salt and pepper. Same with the meat (you can use a pan or the panini press). I used champignons, zucchini, paprika and some green onions. I`ve even done with spinache, feta cheese and garlic. But choose whatever you like.
Step 3: Quesadilla
Add some oil to your panini - press and let it heat up. Get your tortillas on the press. Wait until it is a little bit crispy. Add your vegetables, meat, top it with the cheese and fold it up together.
Close the panini - press and wait until it is crispy. You will see the grilling marks, the running out cheese and you know, this is going to taste awesome.
Step 4: Enjoy
I `ve also made myself a guacamole and combined it with the quesadillas. The fresh taste of the guacamole (https://www.instructables.com/id/Quick-Guacamole/) with these lovely cheese quesadillas is just incredible.
