Hi I am Maddy. I am the creator of the Quick Chip Suprise. I came up with the idea for my recipe when I was craving a cookie with extra chocolate. We had some refridgerated cookie dough, chocolate chips and some coconut (whitch are my favorite things). I thought i might try to make do with what I had.
The turn out of my cookie was better than i ever could have hoped for. If you love coconut like I do you will love this cookie. I guarantee it.
