Here is a recipe for Quick Simple Individual Pizza.

What you will need:

1. Oven
2. Aluminum Foil
3. Spray Oil
4. Pizza Cutter

Ingredients:

1. Flour Tortilla
2. Jar, Can or your very own home made Pizza Sauce
3. Toppings for Pizza (Your choice)
4. Spices, or you can just use tomato sauce like I do
5. Cheese. You can use store bought Cheese, or if you made your own Mozzarella from my recipe you can use that also. The recipe is at:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees so it will be hot when your ready to put the Pizza in.

Step 2: Starting the Pizza

Tear off a piece of Aluminum Foil and place it on the counter Spray a little Oil on the Foil so the Pizza won't stick. Place your flour Tortilla on the Aluminum Foil.

Step 3: Adding Sauce

Spoon on whatever type of sauce you like. I use plain old Tomato Sauce and then spice it up the way I like it.

Step 4: Adding Cheese and Toppings

Add your Cheese and toppings. Whatever you decide to use, chop it up small so it gets a chance to cook. If you use meat you might want to pre cook it a little bit and drain the excess fat off. You can put the toppings either under or on top of the cheese. (Although I guess if you put them under the cheese they probably wouldn't be called toppings. What would they be called???)

Step 5: Baking Your Pizza

Place your Pizza in the Pre heated oven. You can either place the Pizza and Aluminum Foil on a rack in your oven or just put the Pizza on a Pizza Pan or Pizza Stone. I use the foil so I can just throw it out when finished. The Pizza should bake in about 10 to 15 minutes depending on how brown you like your cheese.

Step 6: Cut and Enjoy

Cut the Pizza up and put it on a plate. Enjoy!!! You can make up a bunch of these at one time and freeze them to bake later. These are also great for parties where everyone can put on their own toppings and everyone gets involved.
