Doesn't it look yummy? Try these incredibly quick-cooking and filling stuffed mushrooms! !
- 30 grams of serrano ham or prosciutto.
- The same number of cherry tomatoes as mushrooms you are cooking.
- Shredded cheese.
Place your mushrooms without the stem in a microwave safe bowl and add some serrano ham, and enough water to cover the bottom and a little more. Put one tomato into the hollow that the removed stem left.
Step 2: Cook it in the microwave at its maximum in ''Steam'' mode for 4 minutes.
The tomatoes will have exploded and released all their juices and the serrano ham will have released its flavour as well into that tasty mushroom broth. Mmmm... yummy.
Step 3: Add your shredded cheese and grate. This step is optional but recommended.
