Yum! This sweet treat taste like a desert and it's made with healthy ingredients. It's avocado season now and I found a way to make a treat using avocados but no one can tell it's avocados! This Chocolate Mousse will be the hit of your dinner party when you tell your guests how you made it.

Step 1: Ingredients for One Serving
1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
1 Ripe Avocado
2-3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Dash of rice milk
pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 2: Cut Ripe Avocado in Half
Step 3: Scoop Out Avocado Into Bowl
Step 4: Mash Avocado
I used my potato masher.
Step 5: Add 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder to Mashed Avocado
Step 6: Add 2-3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup to Mixture
I use 2 Tablespoons per avocado, but if you want it sweeter, add 3T.
Step 7: Add a Pinch of Salt
Step 8: Add 1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla and a Dash of Rice Milk
You can use any kind of milk - almond, soy, rice - it's just used to thin the mixture. Add enough so the mixture is of pudding consistency.
Step 9: Mix or Whip by Hand
Mix it all together so it's smooth and looks like chocolate pudding.
Step 10: Serve
Top with a berry or toasted coconut flakes or a toasted marshmallow. Serve with love.
