Everysince i saw and printed my first 3Dbenchy i knew i wanted a RC-controlled one. After i printed one i realized that it doesnt float, so i decided to make one that floats and can be controlled by RC-controller.

Step 1: 3D-print the Parts!
I printed the parts with ABS 25% infill, the good part with ABS is that you can smooth it and make it watertight with Acetone,you can also glue the parts together with ABS-juice (Acetone and ABS mixed in a jar). The bad part is that you might experience some warping and cracking, i printed mine in an enclosed chamber but still had some problems with cracks. So it may be easier to just print it with PLA and watertight it with a coating and glue the parts with epoxy instead.
Step 2: Glue the Bodyparts Together.
As i told you i used ABS-juice to glue them together, and some tape till it was fixed. I also used ABS-juice all over the body to make it watertight, 2-3 coats.
Step 3: Assemble the Motor and the Rudder
DO NOT use a gluegun, thats what i did, it do not work it doesnt get watertight, you sholud use epoxyglue and the screws for the jet motor and the rudder
Step 4: Silliconetube for Cooling of the Motor
Wrap a silliconetube around the motor and glue it to the motor and the hull to make sure the motor gets cool enought,
Step 5: Optional (LED-diode) for the "eyes"
Glue the "pupil" to the boat and solder the leds to a 330 ohm resistor or one that fits your LED voltage, google it if you are unsure. Anode to + and catode to -
Step 6: Servo and Watertight Sleeve
Mount the servo to the servo-support and insert the rudder-sleeve in the hole near the rudder. I have integrated the Servo-support now in the hull so you don´t have to print it separately .
Step 7: Solder the Motor to the ESC
Wire it as the diagram shows.
Step 8: Battery Converter-cable
I had to solder a converting cable for my battery as it doesnt fit the ESC directly
Step 9: Rudder
Insert the steel shaft for servo throug the ruddersleeve and tight it to the rudder with an allen key.
Step 10: Fix the Cabin
Glue the cabin to the hull.
Step 11: Connect the Last Electronics
I fixed the ESC in the cabin and the transmitter in the roof of the cabin. I glued the antennas in the pipe. If you have the same RC-controller as me you can use channel 1 and 3 and you should be good to go. Just connect the battery and Enjoy :) you might have to put some weights in the back of the hull to make it work great. But its a really awesome boat.
